You or your planner. The House’s team keeps the venue working: access, rules, vendors at the door, the art and the rooms. We do not direct ceremonies, build timelines, or manage guests, so plan for a coordinator if your day needs one.

Can we bring our own caterer and vendors?

Yes. Food and drink come from your caterer, with support from the warming kitchen in the main house, and your other vendors check in with our team at the door on the day.

Can we hold a rehearsal here?

If a rehearsal is reserved with your event, we will hold the time. If it is requested later, availability cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee may apply.

The Spaces

The Studio & Courtyard
The Studio's folding glass doors open onto the blue slate Courtyard, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Perfect for a cocktail-style gathering or a more intimate seated event.
The Gallery
A fully indoor option, the Gallery is a lovely setting for holiday parties, winter gatherings, and celebrations year-round. It can be reserved on its own or added to a rental of the Studio & Courtyard.
The Edward Hopper House Museum Garden
Looking for a little more room? The neighboring Museum Garden connects to 90 North and offers space for seated events of up to 100 guests. With room for dinner, dancing, live music, and more, it can be added to your rental of the 90 North spaces.

On the day

Our team oversees the venue, including access, house rules, vendor arrivals, and care of the property and artwork. Event staffing, food and beverage service, cleanup, and day-of coordination are arranged by you and your vendors or planner.

Furniture

Each space comes with its existing furniture and furnishings. If you need additional furniture for your event, we're happy to connect you with our preferred rental company.

Food and drink

Food and drinks are provided by your caterer, with access to the warming kitchen in the main house. We provide filtered water on-site and encourage guests to avoid single-use plastics whenever possible.

Music

Sound systems are arranged separately by you or your planner. Music end times and sound levels are guided with the neighborhood in mind.

Access

The event spaces at 90 North and the Museum Garden are ADA accessible. Please reach out if you or your guests require accommodations.

Vendors

We're happy to share our list of trusted local vendors to help bring your event together. You're also welcome to bring your own favorites. All vendor arrangements are handled directly by you or your planner.

The village is part of the evening: the House stands on North Broadway, and guests can walk down the street to restaurants and shops before or after the celebration.

Parking

Metered street parking runs directly outside the House, free street parking is a block north, and there is ADA street parking.
