Can we bring our own caterer for a working lunch?

Yes. You bring your own caterer and vendors. The on-site coordinator accepts day-of food deliveries, and the warming kitchen in the main house supports service.

A day at 90 North for a meeting, an offsite or a team milestone: a skylit Studio with a white oak table that seats 8, the Gallery for break-outs, and a blue slate Courtyard through the glass doors for the breaks in between.

The Studio was designed by Aurell Garcia Architects and built by Fox Fine Carpentry. You bring your own caterer and vendors, and our on-site coordinator takes day-of deliveries and walks your speakers to the room, so the meeting is not interrupted.

The Spaces

The Studio
The Studio is the meeting room: a skylight over a custom made square white oak table that seats 8, with additional chairs available.
The Gallery
The Gallery in the main house can be booked alone as a meeting room, or added to the Studio as a break-out room for the day.

On the day

Our on-site coordinator accepts food deliveries and guides guests to the room so that your meeting is not interrupted.

Wifi

Enjoy designated high-speed wifi in whichever space you're renting.

Furniture

Each space comes with its existing furniture and furnishings. If you need additional furniture for your event, we're happy to connect you with our preferred rental company.

Food & Drink

Food and drinks are provided by your caterer, with access to the warming kitchen in the main house. We provide filtered water on-site and encourage guests to avoid single-use plastics whenever possible.

Music

Sound systems are arranged separately by you or your planner. Music end times and sound levels are guided with the neighborhood in mind.

Restrooms

The Studio has its own ADA compliant restroom. If you are also renting the Gallery, you will have access to an additional restroom located within the main house.

Access

The 90 North property has been renovated with accessibility in mind. Please reach out to us if you or your guests require specific accommodations.

From caterers to photographers, we'll give you our list of trusted professionals to make your day seamless and memorable - and of course you're welcome to bring your own favorite vendors too!
