For larger gatherings, guests will have full access to the Studio and Gallery. Located in the recently renovated historic house at 90 North Broadway, the Gallery blends contemporary design with timeless charm.

This rental includes all Studio amenities (listed above) plus the following Gallery amenities:

• Intimate living-room style space with a rotating selection of contemporary artworks from regional and international artists

• Additional smaller rooms, including the turret room and a beautiful enclosed front porch with a full wall of windows

• Warming kitchen

• Elegant bathroom

• Coat closet

• Designated high speed wifi

The Studio + Gallery event space rental starts at $4,000 for a 4 hour private gathering (additional hours pro-rated)

To accommodate larger events, we have partnered with the Edward Hopper House Museum to offer their lovely garden, which adjoins ours and includes a lawn, extensive brick patio and stage, giving you the most space to host your guests. The Museum Garden in addition to our Courtyard and Studio, allows for a wide range of table and tent configurations for up to 150 guests.

The Museum's rear garden includes:

• Expansive open space for multi-use seating and tent configurations with a 5100 sq. ft. area that includes a lawn and paved brick patio

• Featuring a 117.5 sq. ft. wooden stage and projection screen

• Accessible from street via an ADA outdoor brick pathway and from the 90 North Patio through a custom stainless steel gate,created by sculptor Eric Laxman, and brick garden path

• Convenient on street and ADA street parking 

• Extensive outdoor event and egress lighting and electrical outlets for all your event needs

• Designated high speed wifi

• Professional sound system available upon request for an additional fee
