Thank you for hosting your event at 90 North - we are honored to be a part of your special day!

As you continue planning, we want to share a few helpful reminders to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please feel free to use the checklist below for reference as your event date approaches.

Insurance, Permits & Licensing

• Please provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to the due date outlined in your contract.

• All vendors - including caterers, photographers, musicians and rental companies - must carry insurance and list Ninety North Nyack LLC on their COI. Please keep us posted as you confirm vendors, so that we have their company information on file.

• If alcohol will be served and your caterer does not hold a liquor license, a single-day liquor license must be obtained. See our recommended provider in the vendor list below!

• If you are renting a tent, please contact the Village of Nyack to schedule an inspection with the chief building inspector, Manuel Carmona, chiefbuildinginspector@nyack.gov and secure all required tent permits as soon as possible, no less than two months prior to your event.

Catering & Cleanup

• Please confirm with your caterer that they will remove all garbage at the end of the event, including food waste, empty bottles and décor.
• Caterers or other hired event staff are responsible for stacking tables and chairs neatly as part of cleanup.

Invitation Information

Parking

• Our private driveway will be available for use during event setup, the event itself and cleanup.

• Please note that, per our contract and insurance requirements, no vehicles may remain parked in the driveway past the of the clean up time, outlined in your contract.

• Metered street parking is available directly outside the venue and free street parking can be found just one block north of the building. You can find a map of additional parking locations linked here.
